Thomson Room
The Thomson Room is a spacious and flexible event venue, designed to adapt seamlessly to a wide range of conference and function requirements. Thoughtfully designed with soft ambient lighting and equipped with comprehensive audiovisual facilities—including dual data projectors, projection screens, and a built-in sound system—this purpose-built space supports both productivity and connection.
For added convenience, the room can be divided into two separate areas using a retractable wall, making it ideal for breakout sessions or multi-stream events.
Whether hosting a corporate gathering, seminar, or celebration, the Thomson Room offers a refined setting with the versatility to bring your event vision to life.
AGU Boardroom
Perfect for executive meetings or as a breakout space for larger conferences, the AGU Boardroom offers a versatile and private setting. It features boardroom-style seating for up to 16 delegates, a large LCD Smart TV with HDMI connectivity, and expansive windows that welcome natural light. This space can also be transformed into an intimate private dining room — ideal for groups seeking a more exclusive dining experience.
Rush Executive Lodge & Salt Executive Lodge
These two impressive spaces feature a large private terrace, both indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and an adjacent breakout room — ideal for workshops or planning sessions. Complete with built-in audiovisual facilities, including a data projector and screen, both spaces offer the perfect blend of functionality and atmosphere for meetings, conferences, and special events.
Ridge Executive Lodge
Much like the Rush and Salt Lodges, the Ridge Executive Lodge offers a stunning, light-filled setting with floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious private terrace, and both indoor and outdoor fireplaces. What sets Ridge apart is its dramatic double-height ceiling and elegant drop pendant lighting, creating a warm, ambient atmosphere — ideal for private dinners, cocktail receptions, and intimate weddings.
Alkira Marquee
With sweeping views over the Open Course, the Alkira Marquee offers a beautifully adaptable space for any occasion. Flooded with natural light, it features a pitched ceiling, timber floorboards, and a spacious sun deck — creating a relaxed yet refined setting for events of all styles.
